Short Form Projects (<5 Min)
_
Roles: Director, Cinematography (Partial), Editor/GFX, Sound
This video had a 24-hour turnaround in order to promote a live stream for Hendrick Motorsports. We had about 4 hours with the cars in the studio, and about 8 hours for post-production. Lots of coordination with the studio team and client to pull off this quick-turn project!
Roles: Director, Cinematography (Partial), Editor, GFX, Sound
This video is an example of “do more with less.” All of the talent in the video are non-professionals (either employees or clients) and I was able to tailor a solution for a small budget that was accomplished in just one day of shooting. I leaned on additional graphics and stock footage to finish out their message.
Roles: Director, Cinematography (Partial), Editor, GFX, Sound
This video was part of a series of 3 advertisements done for a local industrial cleaning company. Another lower budget shoot (including 3-hr travel!) accomplished in just one day. It is a voiceover driven video, but with GFX designed so that it can be watched without sound as well.
Roles: Editor, GFX, Sound
I was hired for post-production on this video to seamlessly combine a number of different asset sources, including archival footage from the client and multiple shoots from ad agencies.
Roles: Editor, GFX, Sound
This is another video that features graphical storytelling and non-professional interviewees. However, it also required a significant number of fixes in post-production that needed to be seamless to fit regulations. The most prominent was fixing a torn glove in a number of shots.
Long Form Projects (9 Min – 45 Min)

Roles: Writer, Director, Cinematography (Partial), Editor, GFX
This was a short film that aired on FS1 last summer. It was a larger budget project that included multiple shoots, some local and some travel. There is a significant amount of product photography that I created a temporary studio in my house to shoot. I also got to direct a Hollywood A-Lister for the voiceover!
Roles: Supervising Editor
(Warning: Language) Radioactive is a massive undertaking to finish in less than 48 hours after the checkered flag flies on Sunday. I was in charge of the team that created this edit (the last 1/3 is specifically my handiwork) This edit takes an immense amount of attention to detail. I have been nominated for 2 Sports Emmys for my work on Radioactive.
Roles: Director, Editor, GFX
I include this documentary in my portfolio because it’s my favorite. From the content to the execution, I have few projects that I’m more proud of than this one. It also aired on FS1 as part of a series of short films on NASCAR Race Hub.
Roles: Director, Lead Editor, GFX
(Warning: Language) This is my most recent documentary project for NASCAR (and my longest). This also aired on FS1 before the qualifying races for the Daytona 500. Our shoot was delayed for this project, so I led a team of editors to put together a rough cut for the full hour show in just 10 days. Quite the challenge!
Other Stuff!

Roles: Writer, Director, Cinematography (Partial), Editor, GFX, Much More…
(Warning: Language) And now for something completely different (and some shameless self-promotion). This is a trailer for my first feature film, Paulie Q. It was an absolute labor of love that included a 15-day shoot. We are currently submitting the film to festivals. *Cross Fingers!*
