Ben was born in a foreign country in an Army hospital, which always confused him because his Dad was in the Navy. He is of Scottish descent which has given him scrappy facial hair and a tendency to prefer the glow of 60w light bulbs over direct sunlight. After graduating from UW-Madison (GO BADGERS!), he now lives in Fort Mill, SC, just south of Charlotte.
Ben is a freelance producer, director and editor for film, TV, commercials & corporate training.

In a world where collaboration is essential to success, being able to translate a client's needs and translate them to a clear creative vision is a strength Ben brings to the table.
Ben has an affinity for tedious art, that's probably what attracted him to editing in the first place. In the corporate world, Ben has honed his 2d animation and titling skills for National TV programming.
Ben caught the bug for editing back in high school and has been doing it ever since. High-end brands and organizations have trusted his judgement with the FINAL CUT!
